These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to enzymes, panels, screening kits, chemicals, co-factors, and other material (the 鈥淢aterials鈥�) provided by 五星体育直播, with the exception of the amidase panel and life sciences products. 五星体育直播鈥� amidase panel and life sciences products are sold under their own T&Cs.
Amidase Panel
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the Amidase panel (Amidase-Plate-1) and the individual enzymes contained in the panel.
Life Sciences Products
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all life sciences products provided by 五星体育直播 or its affiliates ("五星体育直播") and its contract manufacturers.
Disclaimer: For sales of products under an agreement between 五星体育直播 and customers, the agreement shall supersede 五星体育直播鈥� Terms & Conditions insofar as the 五星体育直播鈥� Terms & Conditions conflict with any such agreement. Provisions of the 五星体育直播鈥� Terms & Conditions that are not addressed or are not in conflict with any such agreement shall apply to sales of 五星体育直播 products.
