Title: Comparative Analysis of Diastereomeric Distribution in siRNA Synthesis: PAC vs Enzymatic Synthesis

Reason to attend: This study compares the diastereomeric profiles of siRNA oligonucleotides synthesized via phosphoramidite chemistry versus the Enzyme Catalyzed Oligo ECO Synthesis鈩笍 manufacturing platform utilizing 3鈥-phosphate blocked ribonucleotides (NQPs). We explore the impact of PS modifications and their position within the oligonucleotide sequence on the resulting diastereomeric composition of siRNA synthesized utilizing both methods.
